According to a report by real estate agency Allsopp & Allsopp, projects for a new mega-airport in Dubai South are anticipated to significantly increase real estate development across the area.
Dubai’s Al Maktoum International Airport is selected to open with an accommodation of over 30 million passengers annually. With over 10,000 aircraft stands, it will become one of the world’s largest airports upon fulfillment.
