Our Story: KDI Real Estate didn’t start as a sales desk. It grew out of concrete, scaffolding, and site meetings. Since 2011, Kevin Dickinson and the KDI Contracting team have been delivering projects for some of Dubai’s best-known developers. By 2023, we knew the gap: buyers needed an agency that could read buildings like engineers, not just listings.
That’s why KDI Real Estate exists. We bring construction literacy into property decisions. When we walk a client through a home, we don’t just talk about “luxury finishes.” We check waterproofing warranties. We listen for pump noise. We map view axes, wind exposure, and balcony privacy.
