A Marvel of Slender Design
The Muraba Veil, Dubai’s newest architectural marvel, will draw notice due to its skinny shape rather than its towering height. Standing 380 meters tall and only one unit wide, this skyscraper will be among the thinnest ever constructed.
Prime Location
This remarkable 22.5-meter-wide tower, which challenges traditional skyscraper aesthetics and makes a powerful statement in urban architecture, is located along Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Canal.
Architectural Vision
“Awe-inspiring yet understated, Muraba Veil rises from the dunes above the UAE’s most cosmopolitan and future-facing city, presenting a daring, stop-you-in-your-tracks spectacle,” the design team shared.
Luxurious Features
The Pritzker Prize-winning Spanish company RCR Arquitectes created the 73-story Muraba Veil, which will hold 131 apartments with panoramic views on both sides that span the whole width of the structure. Apart from these elite apartments, the skyscraper will have opulent features like a padel court, art gallery, fine dining restaurant, spa, and private cinema.
Unique Design Elements
The stainless steel “veil” that envelops the structure and gives it a sleek, modern appearance makes the Muraba Veil stand out. The flats are grouped around an internal courtyard to offer a calm, private living space, and the developers stressed that the design is firmly entrenched in the local culture. The apartments are based on traditional Arab houses.
Cultural Integration
“This is more than a beautiful residence. We set out to achieve a life-enhancing work of architecture that reflects the heritage of the UAE’s built environment,” said Ibrahim Al Ghurair, managing director of Muraba. “We want Muraba Veil to embody serenity, the same calm you feel when you enter the courtyard of an Arabic home.“

Collaborative Excellence
The Muraba Veil, which highlights a ten-year engagement focused on fusing architecture with the natural environment, results from Muraba and RCR Arquitectes’ fifth collaboration. “We are passionate about ensuring our buildings respond to their place and belong to the native landscape,” said Rafael Aranda, founder of RCR Arquitectes.
Pricing
Prices for the apartments start at Dh18 million.
