The community will also have a grand water fountain serving as its centerpiece.
For the initial investors, DAMAC Sun City provides an alluring 75/25 payment plan and a 4% Land Department (DLD) waiver.
DAMAC has kept pace with the city’s rapid expansion of the real estate roadmap. Since 2023, the company has started about thirty projects, and it is now prepared to meet all of the demands of the city’s real estate market.
In H1 2024 alone, the company awarded more than AED7bn ($1.9bn) contracts across multiple projects in its portfolio. The developer’s third and forthcoming master community, DAMAC Lagoons, which is anticipated to start handover in Q4 2024 as part of Phase 1, is still the most anticipated project.
