The AED206 million ($56 million) Serenova in Silicon Oasis is the first project of new Dubai real estate developer P.O.B1 Properties.
Serenova, the recently formed real estate development subsidiary of Saif Al Ghurair Real Estate Group (SAGRE), aims to provide sustainability and long-term value in real estate investment while meeting the increasing need for urban convenience in Dubai’s central growth nodes.

Development Details
The $56 million (AED206 million) first residential project for sale, Serenova, will be finished in Q2 2027 and will cover a 7,850 sq m plot. It will provide flexible living spaces that combine modern comfort with tranquil living to satisfy young professionals’ and families’ changing demands and tastes.

Serenova provides 222 apartments, including attractive premium 4-bedroom penthouses and roomy studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments.
